Information involved in an enquiry
We collect the answers you provide about your vehicle or property, your contact details, preferred contact method, permission record, and limited technical data, including the network IP address and trusted edge location where available, used to operate and protect the service. If you permit optional measurement, campaign and referral information can accompany your enquiry. We do not request identity documents or payment details in this release.
Why information is used
Your information is used to receive and route your enquiry, arrange broker follow-up, respond to messages, prevent misuse and maintain reliable operations. You give permission before your insurance enquiry is shared with UniTrust. The operator’s approved lawful-basis and retention schedule must be finalised before launch.
Who receives it?
Insurance enquiries are shared with UniTrust Insurance Brokers LLC. Authorised hosting and technology providers may process information to operate the service. UniTrust handles subsequent insurance advice and requests under its own applicable notices and obligations. We do not include your form answers in advertising events.
Storage, retention and security
Lead records are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorised operations staff. The configured retention period is 30 days, subject to the approved production schedule. Expired records are deleted by the retention job. Backup retention, exceptions and any cross-border processing must be documented and approved for the production environment.
Your requests
You may ask the operator about access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or concerns using the privacy request form. The team will verify your identity and assess the request under applicable rules. A request to the website operator does not automatically remove records already lawfully held by the broker; the operator must coordinate where appropriate.
Cookies and changes
Read the Cookie Policy and use Cookie Settings to control optional categories. Privacy concerns can also be raised through Complaints. This notice may be updated when the service or its approved data handling changes.
